But we have found that a part of expenses incurred is not used for project XX when reviewing the notes for receivables A, B and C, which is also the main reason why our company hasn’t paid for the No.1 cost. After our decisions, on the premise that the design work can be restarted and smoothly progressed, we would not discuss about this expense anymore, and furthermore, we would pay that in full amount.
基于对项目设计工作达成的共识，我们双方共同推进事件的发展，我公司立即启动工作流程，同步展开设计工作，如我们之约定，2020年2月在广州见面的时候，我方将当面向Mark先生出示付款凭证，同时，我们相信贵公司也能够提供完整的设计成果，并组织设计评审工作，确保设计成果得以完全呈现。
Based on the consensus to the work of project design, both of us should jointly promote the development of the event. Our company will start the work flow immediately and carry out it simultaneously. As what we have agreed, we will show the payment voucher in the presence of Mr. Mark when we meet in Guangzhou in Feb. 2020, meanwhile, we believe that your company will be able to provide a complete set of design achievements and organize the work of design review to ensure that design achievements can be utterly presented.
